She is survived by her husband, James T. Thomas.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland.
