Donald Gene Fannin, 55, of Catlettsburg, Ky., died May 11, 2010, in Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility in Ashland.
He was born March 22, 1955, in Ashland, Ky., a son of Charles and Lena Kitchen Fannin of Catlettsburg.
He was a truck driver with Landstar, a graduate of Boyd County High School and loved riding his motorcycle.
Additional survivors include daughters Tamera Kay Fannin and Dana Jean Fannin, both of Ashland; twin brother Ron Fannin of Huntington; sisters Tereca Cook of Ashland, Kay Simpson and husband Jim of Ashland and Stephanie Bradley of Catlettsburg; nieces and nephews Joe Fannin, Christi Eden, Drew Fannin, Justin Cook, Levi Simpson and Makailyn Bradley; great-nieces and nephews Lexus Fannin, Destiny Eden, Landon Eden, Tyler Fannin and Cody Lockwood; and a friend, Jerry Sue Williams.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2010, at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Brent Hutchinson. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
