Edna Ferguson (1932-2008)
Edna M. Hall Ferguson, 76, of Ashland, went home to be with her Savior Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Mrs. Ferguson was born May 22, 1932, in Floyd County, Ky., a daughter of the late Pet and Lillie Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of Blackburn Avenue Missionary Baptist Church.
Surviving is a loving family, her husband of 60 blessed years, Dean Ferguson; a son, Jeff Ferguson and his wife, Becky of Ashland; a sister, Myrtle Blair of Catlettsburg; three grandchildren, Anthony Ferguson and his wife, Laura, and Adam Ferguson and Jonathan Ferguson, all of Ashland; and a precious great-granddaughter, Katelyn Hope.
Preceding her in death are a brother, Jimmy Hall, and a sister, Melba Fee.
A funeral service in remembrance of Edna Ferguson will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Neal Funeral Home on Center Street in Catlettsburg. Pastor Ron Riley will offer words of comfort and inspiration. Final rest will follow at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
