Ettalee Lane Maynard - 1949-2008
Ettalee Lane Maynard, 58, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Ashland, Ky., went home to be with her Lord in heaven on Sept. 17, 2008, in Mount Carmel Hospital East in Columbus.
Mrs. Maynard was born Dec. 27, 1949, a daughter of the late Franklin K. Lane and Madalee Lane Songer.
She was a retired nurse at Mount Carmel Hospital East, where she worked for 27 years. She was a member of Deliverance Temple in Circleville, Ohio.
Surviving are her husband, William D. Maynard; two sons, William F. Maynard and his wife, Kari, and Jason Adam Maynard; two grandchildren, Joshua Maynard and Garrison Maynard; two brothers, Bryan (LeeAnn) Artis of Rush, Ky., and Eric Michael Lane of Columbus; and a sister, Linda K. Lane Smithers of Ironville, Ky.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. today, Sept. 19, 2008, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland by Pastor Dr. Steve Ruby of Ashland First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be William Maynard, Kari Maynard, Jason Maynard, Joshua Maynard, Jeff Fraley and Frank Fraley.
