She was born March 26, 1940, in Ashland.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakland Avenue Baptist Church in Catlettsburg. Private committal service will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
Neal Funeral Home in Catlettsburg is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oakland Avenue Baptist Church, 3265 Oakland Ave., Catlettsburg, KYa��41129.
