Lisa Marie Adkins Walker, 28, of Ashland, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2011, in Ashland.
Mrs. Walker was born Dec. 13, 1982, in Ashland, a daughter of Danny Adkins of Ashland and Sybil Whitely Trimarco of Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Nettie Jane Adkins and Charlene Whitely.
Lisa was a loving mother, wife and daughter who will be greatly missed and forever loved by her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband, Zachary Walker; two daughters, Haily and Alyssa Byers of Sandwich, Ill.; a brother, Bill Burgette of Montgomery, Ill.; a son, Kevin Allen of Rocky Mount, N.C.; grandparents Ora Lee and Lucy Adkins of Ashland and Dennis Whitely of Ashland; aunts and uncles Debbie and Butch Collett of Catlettsburg, Donna and Ronnie Brown of Ashland, Kathy Smith of Flatwoods, Robert Whitely of Greenup and Eddie Whitely of Ashland; and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ronnie and Kaye Walker of Ashland Sister-in-law Ronda Walker of Ashland.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland by Pastor Jason Porter. Entombment will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Ashland.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
