He was born Feb. 3, 1939, in Williamson, W.Va.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
