She was born Nov. 20, 1942, in Huntington, W.Va.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Neal Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
