Tonya Cain - 1964-2008
Tonya Sturgill Cain, 44, of Ashland, passed away Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky., following an extended illness.
Mrs. Cain was born July 19, 1964, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Tony Sturgill and Shirley Ann Bellomy. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker and attended Beech Street Christian Church.
Sadly left behind is a loving family that includes a daughter, Katerina Clark; three sons, Joseph Frazier, Timmy Clark Jr. and Steven Clark, all at home; two brothers, Michael (Joyce) Bellomy and Bill (Beverly) Bellomy, all of Ashland; three sisters, Susan Keating of Ashland, Patricia (Mark) Sexton of Lawrence County, Ky., and Tina (Tom) Wells of Rush, Ky; and her close companion, Henry Cain.
A funeral service in remembrance of Tonya will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008, at Neal Funeral Home on Center Street in Catlettsburg. A message of comfort will be offered by Minister Ken Vaughn. Final rest will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
